What information do we collect about you?

The recipients or categories of recipients of your personal data, depending on the contact tool you use, are the Marketing and Communication, Call Center, Pre-Sales and Commercial and Technical Support departments. The Personal Data necessary for the execution of the contract to which the User is a party, for the fulfillment of the legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject and that are necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by inCentea Capital, are not included in the previous point.

If the requests presented by the User are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because their repetitive nature, inCentea Capital, under the current legal framework, may require the payment of a reasonable fee, considering the administrative costs of providing the information or the communication or take the requested measures or refuse to comply with the request.

Without prejudice to legal or regulatory provisions, Personal Data will be kept only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated its collection or subsequent processing, after which it is eliminated or, if in the interest of inCentea Capital, processed for statistical purposes, anonymised, and its holder cannot be identified.
