inCentea Capital (“Grupo inCentea”, “inCentea”) respects your preferences regarding the collection and use of your Personal Data.

«Personal Data» is information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

Grupo inCentea and its subsidiaries or affiliates respect your preferences regarding the processing of the Personal Data that it collects.

This Policy (“Policy”) allows you to know how inCentea collects and uses your Personal Data and how can control its use. It describes our practices in relation to the information collected on other websites of the Business Group that relate to or refer to this Policy (such as websites, software applications, social networks and e-mail messages) as well as offline marketing and sales activities (collectively, “Communication Channels”).

What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you register on our website or place a purchase order for products or services. The information of website’s usage is collected using cookies, but does not specifically identify you, being possible that the following data may be collected:

You have the right to complain to a European Data Protection Supervisor regarding the protection of your Personal Data. inCentea Capital will collaborate with the Supervisory Authority, providing it with all the information it may request in the exercise of its powers.

The information collected on this website does not involve automated decision making, including profiling.

No comparisons, interconnections or any other way of interrelating registered information are made on this website.

inCentea does not assume any responsibility when, for reasons unknown or out of our control, there is an error, damage, dissemination or unauthorized access arising from the electronic transmission of data that may occur between inCentea and the data subject.

Grupo inCentea only accepts registrations from users who are at least 16 years of age. inCentea’s communication channels are not intended for underage users. If you know of a register made by a minor, please let us know in order to proceed to the removal of the register.

The recipients or categories of recipients of your personal data, depending on the contact tool you use, are the Marketing and Communication, Call Center, Pre-Sales and Commercial and Technical Support departments. User rights and data retention period

inCentea processes and maintains your personal data according to the purposes for which they are processed. inCentea may keep other personal data for periods longer than the duration of the contractual relationship, either based on your consent, or to ensure rights or duties related to the contract, or because it has legitimate interests that underlie it, but always for the strictly necessary period to the achievement of the respective purposes and in accordance with the guidelines and decisions of the CNPD (National Commission Data Protection).

The User has the right to withdraw his consent regarding the processing of his personal data at any time, without compromising the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent previously given. You may also request inCentea Capital to access your Personal Data, rectify or erase it, as well as to limit the processing with regard to the User. The User can also object to the processing, exercise his right to data portability, as well as request a copy of the information we have about him. The Personal Data necessary for the execution of the contract to which the User is a party, for the fulfillment of the legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject and that are necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by inCentea Capital, are not included in the previous point.

If the requests presented by the User are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because their repetitive nature, inCentea Capital, under the current legal framework, may require the payment of a reasonable fee, considering the administrative costs of providing the information or the communication or take the requested measures or refuse to comply with the request.

Without prejudice to legal or regulatory provisions, Personal Data will be kept only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated its collection or subsequent processing, after which it is eliminated or, if in the interest of inCentea Capital, processed for statistical purposes, anonymised, and its holder cannot be identified.
